Felix Quinn was born and raised just outside the grand city of New York to Andrew and Sam Quinn. They were a very happy family and when Felix was 2 years old his youngest sister Marcie was born. Felix and Marcie got along very well for siblings and Felix loved his sister dearly and they became inseparable. Felix started to have headaches at age thirteen, headaches which signalled the emergence of his mutant powers. His powers started to bloom quickly after that and when he was fourteen he was able to move through solid objects, to start with his parents were frightened but Sam's deceased brother had shown the same kind of abilities when he was around the same age.
Felix, his mother and sister were all walking home from school one day from the city and Felix was desperate for the toilet and so they stopped at the closest shop, asked the politely and went to use the facilities. While Felix was inside a masked man came into the store and demanded money, of which the clerk gave over but not before the robber shot Marcie and Sam before running out and down the street. When Felix emerged to the bloodbath he was shocked frozen until the paramedics removed him from the store and took him to the hospital. After this Andrew found guidance at the bottom of his glass and what was left of the family was completely different. Andrew was now short tempered and soon after this Felix left home at sixteen. He never forgave himself for saving his mother and sister.
He mostly stayed in the same area, where a lot of other runaway kids seemed to stay and sleep. Here is where he met Joy, or that's what everyone called her. Felix loved Joy like a sister, she reminded him a lot of her and so became very close to her. They'd been friends for around a year, that's when the police came to take the kids in the warehouse to the orphanage. This is when Felix revealed his powers to Joy, pulling her through a wall as a form of escape for both of them. This is when he also discovered that Joy had powers, like his. There were police out-back as well and Joy summoned what looked like the both of them running in the other direction giving Felix and her a quick get away.
They spent a few months on the street until Felix devised a plan to rob a bank. They went up behind the back after weeks of planning and Joy placed an illusion on Felix, making him look like a young teen girl and he phased through the back wall into the banks' vault. He then threw hundreds of dollars into a rucksack and jumped back through the wall, picking up Joy's hand and running through the closest wall into the empty kitchen of a Chinese restaurant. They escaped through the side-door into the alley close by. That's how Felix and Joy lived the next few months, stealing what they needed, renting a small flat in down-town New York and getting by quite happily. They had gifts, gifts that Felix thought could do something bigger. That's when they joined the Brotherhood, pledging their alliance to them. They joined when Felix was eighteen and Joy was seventeen; Felix is now twenty-one and Joy is nineteen.
Phasing: The ability to pass through physical matter.
Phasing Extension: Through practice he learned to phase other objects along with himself without harm to them. However he must keep physical contact between him and the things he is phasing
Electrical Disruption: He could phase through any material object, even living people. When she phased through an object with an electrical system, the process disrupted the system's workings.
Telepathic Resistance: His thoughts were highly erratic when phased as if there was no mind to telepathically affect.
He must hold his breath while phasing or he could suffocate.
While phasing Felix is vulnerable to mystical attack.
Denser materials were more difficult for Phantom to phase through, sometimes causing her pain. Solidifying while in an object could cause serious injury if not death.
